Space Planning

Client provides: Complete Design Survey questionnaire and email or fax it back; Provide Ennco autocad drawing/electronic data of your entire space; Provide existing office images and exterior building images; Communicate future dispensary theme with Ennco designers.

Ennco provides: Includes space planning, traffic pattern study, floor/furniture plan of your entire office including dispensary, reception, waiting room, pretest, contact lens area, lab, exam lanes, back offices, break room, etc., ceiling/lighting plan, interior elevations, interior finishes, details and schedules; The end results will be a whole set of construction documents which will be sufficient for obtaining local official permit and for constructing your new office; Ennco designer will provide an estimate including phases, tasks, and estimated hours involved to complete the project for client’s approval. Ennco will submit project billings on a monthly basis with design fees billed at our hourly rate.
