LOGO-IMPRINTING
Custom silk-screened displays can be created with customer-supplied artwork/logo. Call for price quote.

PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS & DISCOUNTS
Cash/Volume Discounts: Orders prepaid by CHECK ONLY at the time of order qualify for a 2.5% cash discount.

Credit Cards: We accept Mastercard and Visa for orders less than $2000.

Furniture Orders: Once you have decided on design and colors, your minimum prepayment of 50% down allows us to begin production. The balance will be due upon manufacturer's completion and before shipping.

Rush Orders: A rush charge of 10% is required.

Sales Tax: Washington state retail buyers pay the current Washington tax for the ship-to location. For buyers outside of Washington state, any sales or use taxes on these products are the responsibility of the purchaser and should be paid to his/her local state authority.

FREIGHT CHARGES
If your business is in a multi-story building with restricted access, most freight companies will only deliver to the ground floor receiving area. (This includes UPS.) Please advise us if you have this type of restricted access.

Ground Delivery: Our display components are shipped by the most appropriate and economical service, depending upon the size of your order. If you prepay by check, or use a credit card, the shipping charge has already been calculated and included in your total amount. The table below lists our shipping and handling charges for boxes shipped ground.

Wood Furniture Freight: Your furniture will be shipped by the most appropriate and economical service, depending upon the size of the piece and whether it ships assembled or ready-to-assemble.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Custom orders cannot be cancelled. You may call to cancel non-custom acrylics or pattern blank orders within 48 hours of the original order or 1 day before your requested ship date, whichever is earlier. We will review other requests on an individual basis, but after the 48-hour grace period, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

DAMAGE CLAIMS
Examine your shipment as soon as it arrives. Carrier liability ends after 10 days.Check for damaged or missing packages while the delivery person is still there since the packing slip will show the number of boxes shipped. Ask for written acknowledgment of all damage or loss. Unpack the goods on the day received to check for concealed damage. Notify the carrier immediately if damage is found. Save the goods, package and packing material until the carrier has examined and/or picked up the damaged goods. If you do not open the boxes while the driver is present, sign the freight bill as follows: "Accepted except for concealed damage."

RETURNS
No returns will be accepted after 30 days (from date goods are received). Please call for a return authorization number. Our receiving department will not accept any goods without this authorization number. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for authorized returns.

STORAGE FEES
Please give 2 weeks notice prior to the original scheduled delivery date if you are not able to accept delivery of your order on the date agreed upon. If the delay in delivery is longer than 10 working days, a storage fee will be charged.

PRODUCT DESIGN AND LIABILITY
Ennco reserves the right to make design changes in its products at any time. The buyer assumes all liability in the use of Ennco products.

PRICING CHANGES
Every attempt is made to give the most accurate, current pricing information in our catalog. However, sometimes we incur cost increases. Therefore, Ennco reserves the right to change prices without notice.
